CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT
The entry can be made on any day of the week, subject to the minimum stays.
In July and August the minimum stay is 5 nights
At Christmas and Easter the minimum stay is 3 nights.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Electricity, water and cleaning (3 times a week) and change of towels 2 days a week, sheets 2 times a week.

Cot: 6.00 Euros / day
Extra Pax: 12.00 Euros / day
KEY COLLECTION AND DEPARTURES
Key collection will occur within 24 hours reception.
Check-in 17 hours. The output must be made before 12:00.
BOOKING FEE: The amount of the reservation will be charged on the credit card (payment must be made directly at the hotel) except non-refundable rates or if otherwise stated in the conditions of the fare. In case of no show (no show), a fee will apply as cancellation policies rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel or change your reservation at no cost until 48hrs before the date of arrival. After this period one night's stay will be charged. In case of no show 100% of the first night will be charged ..
CHANGES BY COMPANY
In the event that for any unforeseen reasons attributable to the company, the property could not be occupied, the company will provide the customer with accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without refund for any party.
BOND
At the reception of the accommodation bond is paid when keys of 60.00 Euros or Credit Card details to you check.
PRIVACY POLICY
On behalf of the company, we treat the information you provide us in order to manage the registration of guests in it, as well as economic, administrative, accounting and tax management.The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for 3 years established in regulations.
