Check out the special rates we offer for stays over 30 days in duration by using our Booking Engine. The maximum stay limit for these when booking is 60 days, although this is extendable until the end of your stay (subject to availability). The use of First Flatotel International's facilities - such as the gymnasium and swimming pool - is included in the price. The cost of electricity use is separate to the booking rate.
